Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team to work on assisting daily manager tasks (maintaining relations with clients and public relations, assisting in the development of marketing campaigns, recruitment and management of human recourses, etc.). This position will suit for individuals with a leadership, organizational skills, communication skills, strong learning attitude and interest to work in a dynamic organization.

Yayasan Baik is a leading provider of assessment, consultation and intense interventions for children with autism and other developmental delays in Jakarta. 

Requirements:

  • at least a bachelor Degree in any relevant field (business, commerce, management, legal, etc)
  • good spoken and written English
  • previous managerial experience is a benefit
  • a master's degree will help in moving up faster in the hierarchy of the organization
  • good understanding of English both spoken and written
  • hard worker
  • ability to work and learn independently
